Message frequency varies based on your notification settings and account activity. You may receive:

• Security Alerts: As needed for login attempts, password changes, and security events

• Link Analytics: Based on your URL activity and the notification preferences you've configured

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages you receive will depend on your account activity and the notification types you enable. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Not all carriers are guaranteed to support our SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Text STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message from lil2link to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS notifications
• Account Settings: Visit your Notification Preferences page and disable SMS notifications
• Profile Settings: Update your phone number or remove it from your Profile

After you opt-out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent, except for critical account security messages which cannot be disabled.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable SMS notifications, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery may be affected by carrier issues, network problems, or device compatibility. Critical account security information is also available through email and in-app notifications.
